In A Day's Work (Annihilatour Version)

Let’s face it, “Payback 2” is a weird album. I’m not going to go entirely into why it is the way it is, but to put it simply I had a lot of shit going on. Is it my favorite album? No. But it does have some moments. When building my liveset for 2022’s Annihilatour I wanted to represent this era of Street Cleaner. I didn’t have any material from 2015-2017 that I was playing live so I picked this track, but I had to make it better! I took the first half of the track and left it alone, but halfway through I had to modernize it, I had to make it MORE STREET CLEANER and I think I chose wisely. Folks came up to me after multiple shows to tell me how excited they were when I broke this song out, I had no idea that this era of my catalog was a favorite to so many. Ron from Kentucky, if you’re reading this, I love you brother. Congratulations on the wedding and getting your degree.
